• In 2000 Duplicraft implemented our product life cycle strategy. This strategy focuses on maintaining inventories of OEM components for our molds and processing equipment. Currently this department holds approximately 1,000 different components in inventory. Our parts database contains close to 5,000 component drawings dating back to projects implemented in 1972. • Our goal is to provide our customers with OEM components within 24 hours of receipt of Purchase Order. • The Repair Department at Duplicraft focuses their many years of experience on maintaining, refurbishing and updating your tooling and process equipment. The Repair Department understands time is critical when your lines are not making containers. Our delivery truck is available for pickup and delivery. • Mold Repairs – Cost of repairs/refurbishments are provided upon review of mold condition. We can receive your tool/s and provide a full inspection evaluation report or a Duplicraft representative can meet with you in your facility to discuss your needs.
